Established in 1970, EAV Investments (Pty) Ltd has over the decades invested in people, technologies and cutting edge specialist equipment which has made us and our associated company’s market leaders in the Construction and the development of Public and Private Infrastructure.

Valente Bros (Pty) Ltd Civil Engineering Contractors
Valente Bros a prominent General Civil Engineering Services and specialist Overland Pipeline Contractor in Southern Africa.
1963 – Valente Bros (Pty) Ltd was established.
1970 – Joined the EAV Investments Group.
2010 – Sold to Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed company, Basil Read Ltd.

Phambili Pipelines (Pty) Ltd
Phambili Pipelines was one of the first Black Economic Empowerment Companies in the Civil Engineering and Pipeline Construction Industry in Southern Africa.
1996 – Phambili Pipelines (Pty) Ltd was established.
2010 – Sold to Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed company, Basil Read Ltd.

Tubo Jacked Pipelines (Pty) Ltd
Tubo Jacked Pipelines was one of the premier junior players in the Pipe Jacking , HDD and lateral support industries in South Africa.
2006 – Tubo Jacked Pipelines (Pty) Ltd was established.
2010 – Sold to Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed company, Basil Read Ltd.

Henrod Builders ( Pty) Ltd - Real Estate
Henrod Builders developed, owned and managed a private property portfolio of commercial buildings, houses, apartments, warehouses and small factories.
1974 – Henrod Builders joined the EAV Group.
2014 – Disinvestment and disposal of Property portfolios (2010 to 2015).
